2024 HAWAII YIP REGISTRATION FORM FOR BOYS

In addition to the registration form below, please download the Hawaii Youth Impact Program Waiver Forms after registration. You can email completed forms to info@youthimpactprogram.org or bring them in person to the draft night.

Registration for the 2024 Hawaii Youth Impact Program for Boys is closed and has reached capacity. Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting registrations for the boys program. Please email: yip.org@gmail.com to be put on the waiting list with "Hawaii YIP Boys Waiting List" in the Subject Line and provide the name, age, and grade level the youth participant will be in the Fall 2024.
