Mr. Keith Kowalski works for the Department of Defense. He is the Director, Weapons Program Analysis in the Office of the Secretary of Defense’s Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (CAPE) Directorate. Prior to his time in CAPE, Kowalski was a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy, he spent 26 years in the Navy and retired in 2008. While in the Navy, his sea and shore assignments included destroyers, mine warfare ships, the combat logistics force, and the Commander Sixth Fleet and Chief of Naval Operations Staffs. Keith is a graduate of the Naval War College, Naval Post Graduate School, and a 1982 graduate of the University of Michigan. He grew up on the east side of Detroit where he attended the all-boys Catholic High School, De La Salle. He and his wife, Geralyn, who also grew up in the Detroit area have three daughters. In 2021, Keith and Geralyn will be relocating to Ann Arbor, Michigan.
